Mini Trend Finder 2
The Mini Trend Finder 2 Forex System uses the best parts of the Original Black Dog System and the Mini Trend Finder System. While any of the Black Dog Systems can be used to make profitable trades in the Forex market, this is the one most Black Dog Traders tend to gravitate towards because of its accurate entry signals and simple chart structure. But feel free to use the trading system you are most comfortable with and which works best for you.
The Mini Trend Finder 2 System uses the following custom indicators…
The Black Dog – This is an arrow showing in which direction you should consider trading.
The EMA Channel – This keeps you on the right side of the market and is color coded for easy identification. These lines also play an important role in determining your exact ENTRY.
Moving Average - This gives more aggressive traders to get into the trade even when it is not on the correct side of the EMA Channel. If you are looking to get into moves earlier and make bigger profits, you can use this when deciding when to ENTER the market.
The SES (Simple Entry Signals) – These are the RED and BLUE arrows that sound an alarm and tell you a trade set-up MIGHT be in the making.
The Custom MACD – This is different from the MACD used in the Original Black Dog system. But it is still used to verify the trend and ENTRY, as well as being helpful in determining the EXIT.

As with the first Mini trend Finder system, you can also use the Black Dog Entry and Hi-Lo Entry… as long as you don’t break the rules! The biggest difference between the Mini Trend Finder and the Mini Trend Finder 2 is the MACD indicator is easier to read then the RSI indicator. But, this is really a personal choice and plenty of Black Dog Traders still use the RSI indicator. That’s part of the beauty of the Black Dog System in general… it is ridged enough in its rules to be highly successful, but flexible enough so you can make the system your own by making small adjustments.
